For the past five years, I have worked in television and film garnering extensive broadcast experience. including quality control, on-line editing and creating ad-sales reels. I have gained proficiency with many programs: Final Cut Studio, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Avid Media Composer, XSAN, Final Cut Server, and Pro-Tools HD.
My responsibilities have included overseeing five other Assistant Editors doing digital ingest and other duties required by the post department. I've edited hundreds of commercials, dozens of which solely created in After Effects. I have a strong academic background in filmmaking, and I think that I could apply my combination of experience and knowledge to any projects I work on for your team.
